A full 29 or 30 km today. Glad that last night, my trolley was picked up and dropped of at today's destination.
Well a simple breaky (weetbix, and toast, coffee or tea) is provided here. So, I'll try for breaky at sunrise, about 7am then leave around 7:30am or 8am.
Wed, I want to go right through tomorrow, the Intro to Mark, the 1st block of 7pairs of storylets (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7), and the first two storylets (1, 2) of the 2nd block of stories from that First Century doc on the life of Yeshua. And practice them at least 3 times through.
Then when I arrive at Canowindra, go to the site of a new coffee shop about to open where a successful old one closed during COVID. A fire, and hot (I hope) shower, await me, he said!
Actually got on the road at 8:30-ish. I had sent my rain poncho in the trolley by mistake. So I had to make one from a bread bag and bin liner.
I only got through that meditation thing 2 times.
"Jogged", at maybe the slowest jog I've ever seen, for much of the way. Didn,'t need the rain poncho 1ce.
But it still had cold winds for much of the day.
Put my feet up once around the half way mark. Ate a meusli bar or biscuit or a handful of trail mix every 3 or 4 km.

When I got into Canowindra, had time to pop in to see old friends (who used to live in Grenfell), Les and Dot. It just happened that Les turned 92yrs old this day. We had a cuppa and caught up for an hour, then over to the (soon to be opened) Delice Coffee & local produce shop. A lovely coffee, heard a piano piece, and had a go myself.
They took me home to their home - out of town, and time to prepare (& then eat) beefy stew, a couple of drinks, a shower, some drawing, card game, stories, dreams, and bed ( on a special inflateable mattress - luxury, lovely.) What a precious night. Here's a picture the next morning:
